Teneinde de gestage groei te continueren wenst men het team te versterken met een PROJECTLEIDER ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING;
Functieomschrijving Als projectleider electrical engineering ben je de spil in ons engineering-departement.
Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, kwalitatief en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. In de startfase:
- Je analyseert projectvragen en helpt mee een duidelijke scope te definiëren
- Je legt een solide basis voor een vlotte uitvoering
- Je plant, organiseert en stuurt alle activiteiten aan, rekening houdend met prioriteiten, risico’s en de sterktes van je teamleden
- Je stelt een projectteam samen en coördineert interne medewerkers én onderaannemers
- Je coacht en motiveert je team, zodat iedereen kan groeien en het beste uit zichzelf haalt
- Je bewaakt het budget en zorgt voor een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
- Je onderhoudt continu overleg met interne en externe stakeholders
- Je zorgt voor transparante communicatie en een correcte oplevering
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor detailengineering, uitvoeringsplannen, principe-schema’s en kabeltracés
- Je valideert technische oplossingen en stimuleert innovatie
- Je ziet toe op correcte toepassing van normen, wetgeving en interne standaarden
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op ontwerpen, berekeningen en dossiers
- Je bewaakt alle kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsaspecten volgens de geldende wetgeving
- Je hebt een technische opleiding (industrieel ingenieur/master industriële wetenschappen elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Je beschikt over relevante ervaring (HVAC, elektriciteit) in engineering
- Je bent een natuurlijke leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent en financieel bewustzijn
- Je bent een gedreven probleemoplosser die ook onder druk resultaatgericht blijft
- Een sleutelrol in uitdagende projecten bij een innovatieve en groeiende organisatie
- Een moderne werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen en sterke ICT-ondersteuning
