At Bedrock Ace Hardware, we don't just sell tools, we help our neighbors build, repair, and improve the things that matter most. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused Sales Associates who enjoy helping people and take pride in creating a welcoming store experience. Previous hardware experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training so you can build the skills and confidence needed to succeed from day one. As a locally owned Ace Hardware store, supporting our community is at the heart of everything we do. Genuine empathy and friendly, expert customer service that helps neighbors succeed Support sales, promotions, and store programs Keep departments stocked, organized, and safe Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive store culture Bilingual is a strong plus. Greet every customer and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance Help customers find the right products to complete their projects Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked departments Support merchandising, stocking, and store operations as needed Deliver the Ace Helpful experience to every customer, every time Part-time hours with flexible scheduling Schedules posted two weeks in advance Weekend and evening availability may be required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the store Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds This position operates in a retail store environment that may include moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and occasional exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
