What's in it for you?
- Pay On-Demand: Get quick access to a portion of your earned wages after completed shifts.
- Weekly Pay: Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday payday is Friday.
- Overnight Differential: Earn an additional.75 per hour between the hours of 10pm-6am.
- Benefits: Including paid time-off and a matching 401K (up to 6%).
- Annual Retirement Contribution: 3% gross pay contribution to 401K after 1 year of service (restrictions apply).
- Health Insurance Options: Available to qualifying employees based on average number of hours worked.

Responsibilities
- Bring energy to the night shift: Deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while handling concerns with confidence.
- Own the floor: Cross-train across deli, caf, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely.
- Lead by example: Train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently.
- Keep the store running smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
- Stay sharp and connected: Attend meetings, stay current on policies and procedures, communicate with leadership, and uphold appearance and uniform standards.
Qualifications
- Positive, customer-first mindset supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven reliability and accountability, with availability and comfort working overnight/3rd shift.
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and apply new skills.
- Prior cashier or food & beverage experience a plus.

Compensation Disclosure Statement
Pay is from $16.25- $16.75 / hour QuickChek & Murphy USA take into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, education, as well as business and organizational needs. The listed range is specific to the base hourly rate or annual salary and does not include additional benefits, perks, or bonus eligibility (when applicable) comprising the total benefits package.
