Functieomschrijving MYRRHA wordt ’s werelds eerste subkritische, door een deeltjesversneller aangedreven reactor, gekoeld door een lood-bismut eutecticum. Onze belangrijkste missie is om MYRRHA te bouwen en te gebruiken als onderzoeksreactor. Er is echter nog veel werk te doen, zoals de bouw van MINERVA – de eerste fase van het project, bestaande uit een deeltjesversneller en gebruikersdoelfaciliteiten. Wij zijn klaar om deze deeltjesversneller te bouwen. Ben jij dat ook?
Als Programma Coördinator (Adjunct Instituutsdirecteur) zal je:
het MINERVA-programma coördineren, dat bestaat uit een deeltjesversneller, gebruikersdoelfaciliteiten en de bijhorende civiele werken en algemene infrastructuur
rapporteren aan het hoofd van het MINERVA Design & Build-instituut binnen SCK-CEN; een Technical Coordinator beheert de technische coherentie van het programma
de programmadoelstellingen monitoren en de individuele projectdoelen hieruit afleiden, zodat alle projectactiviteiten hiermee in lijn blijven
je directe medewerkers aansturen op vlak van kwaliteitsbeheer, projectrisicobeheer en documentbeheer
samenwerken met het programmamanagementoffice van MYRRHA AISBL voor kosten- en planningsbeheer
het programmabestuur (governance) opzetten
beleidslijnen, richtlijnen en processen voor het programma opstellen voor alle stakeholders, in het bijzonder de geïntegreerde projectmanagers
de kosten- en planningsstructuur van het programma opzetten en de geïntegreerde planning continu opvolgen, met strikte rapportagelijnen en nadruk op EVM
samenwerken met de projectmanagers voor programmabeheer, inclusief supply chain management
Profiel
een master- en/of doctoraatsdiploma in fysica, ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig
minstens 10 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement
vertrouwd met technische projecten en een wetenschappelijke/technische R&D-omgeving
aantoonbare ervaring met alle projectfasen, van initiatie tot afronding
PRINCE2- of PMI-certificering is een pluspunt
uitstekende kennis van het Engels; kennis van Nederlands en Frans is een extra troef
open-minded en communicatief, met het vermogen om duidelijke richting te geven
