Je geeft leiding aan een team van acht collega’s en ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling. Je coördineert de dagelijkse planning van honderd voertuigen en onderhoudt contact met klanten en vervoerders. Met jouw kennis van freight forwarding en transport neem je beslissingen over tarieven en benut je commerciële kansen. Daarnaast analyseer je logistieke processen en zet je verbeterpunten om in acties om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
Je werkt samen met je team aan innovatieve oplossingen binnen een dynamische werkomgeving. Je bouwt relaties op binnen en buiten de organisatie en draagt bij aan een open en collegiale sfeer. Er is ruimte voor coaching en persoonlijke groei, waarbij samenwerking en kennisuitwisseling centraal staan.
Wat bieden we jou- Salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Fulltime baan van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
- 28 vakantiedagen, plus de optie om 10 extra dagen te kopen.

- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in freight forwarding of transport.
- Kennis van logistieke software en commerciële besluitvorming.
- Vloeiend Engels; bereidheid Duits te leren is een pré.
- Oplossingsgericht en commercieel ingesteld in een dynamische omgeving.
