The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing the company awareness and reputation in the geography we serve and prospecting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads to grow revenue. He/she will be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with business organizations, partners, and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets, and create new opportunities for growth. This is a great second career! It also works well for those transitioning back into the workforce after some time away. Our team is diverse from former executives, educators, operations, and retail experienced employees. All of us are motivated to help make seniors lives a little easier. Caring Transitions has earned an amazing reputation and is rapidly growing to meet this underserved need in the market./ppResponsibilities:/pulliContact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone, email, or in person contact. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the customizable services being offered./liliBe the point person for your teams sales lead qualification process./liliConvert leads to projects Review offerings of company and co-develop proposals with team to meet the clients needs./liliCommunity Outreach Actively build partnerships and awareness of services in the marketplace./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMinimum 3 years experience in sales or marketing or providing professional at home services to consumers (i.e. real estate agent, etc.) with proven results/liliBachelors Degree preferred/liliHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)/liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills/liliStrong organizational and time management skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliMust have reliable transportation as locations vary weekly./li/ulpThis role is part-time and has the potential to move to full-time Salary: $18-22/hr About Caring Transitions: Caring Transitions is an organization dedicated to offering a comprehensive selection of services tailored to meet the unique needs of senior and their loved ones.
