The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients. The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Someone who thrives in a team environment, supports their coworkers, and contributes to a positive and collaborative workplace. A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor that makes clients and coworkers feel welcomed and valued. Someone who takes ownership of their role, anticipates needs, and actively looks for ways to improve the client experience without needing constant direction. Dependability is key; we need team members who show up on time and are ready to contribute. Comfortable handling multiple tasks, adjusting to different situations, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients. Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution. Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
