divh2Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/h2pHighlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being./ph3CNA Requirements/h3ulliActive CNA Certification in Tennessee/liliExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred/liliExcellent communication and teamwork abilities/liliAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment/liliWillingness to work weekends and holidays as needed/li/ulh3CNA Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living/liliAssist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs/liliMeasure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators/liliObserve residents physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors/liliSupport residents nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed/liliMaintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens/liliAssist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort/liliDocument care provided accurately in medical records and charts/liliCommunicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members/liliRespond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs/li/ulh3Why Join Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center/h3pWe believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
