The Sales Administrative Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day sales administrative operations within the DMV Market. This role provides oversight and direction to the Market Administrative Team while supporting business performance, control, and compliance standards. The position reports directly to the Senior Market Director. This role plays a key part in supporting Market leadership by delivering timely analysis, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring efficient execution of financial and operational initiatives. The Supervisor also focuses on developing administrative capability, managing workflows, and enabling Market leaders to focus on frontline execution. Lead day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities for assigned areas of expertise Provide direction and oversight to the Market Administrative Team Establish measurable PDR objectives and developmental actions for team members Provide training and support capability building across the Administrative Team Business Performance and Analysis

Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules, and backfill coverage Process and approve payroll for the Administrative Team Execute local and national initiatives as required Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days. Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually. Sick Leave: for eligible full-time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year. Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay. Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
