We are looking for an experienced BDR who can source enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders in Customer Service, IT, and Operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you will research, prospect, and create new pipeline opportunities, playing a key role in shaping the future sales culture at Replicant. This is a full-time, fully remote role. What You'll Do
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn and email campaign and strong objection handling Research, prospect and scheduled qualified meetings Prepare detailed meeting prep documents to support Account Executives deliver impactful first impressions Consistently share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to continuously improve strategies Meet daily activity KPIs and consistently exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth What You'll Bring
