Position Summary:
The Business Applications Analyst II ensures that assigned enterprise business applications are available, secure, usable, and operational for staff across the organization, and that application data is reliable and accessible to internal stakeholders and external partners as appropriate.
This role serves as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for one or more business application domains (e.g., ERP, HCM, ITSM) and is accountable for the full application lifecycle including implementation, configuration, optimization, upgrades, and steady‑state support
The Business Applications Analyst II partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Talent Management, and Service Management teams to support, enhance, and continuously improve enterprise business capabilities through effective use of technology. This role operates with a moderate level of autonomy, executing independently on assigned domains while escalating complex or cross-system decisions to IS leadership.
Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
Your contribution to the team includes:
* Serve as primary subject matter expert for one or more assigned business applications or modules and as secondary SME for additional applications, providing advanced functional expertise and leadership. * Ensure assigned applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with business needs through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. * Own intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems impacting business applications; communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders. * Coordinate escalations to vendor support; track issues to resolution with clear acceptance criteria. * Create and maintain a business applications support knowledge base, including known errors, workarounds, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Administer user access, roles, and provisioning in partnership with IS security practices and business owners; support periodic access reviews as defined by governance. * Maintain documentation of supporting evidence, including approvals, change records, and access modifications, to ensure audit preparedness and adherence to internal control requirements. * Support approved configuration updates by coordinating testing, documenting changes, and ensuring business validation is completed. * Support vendor update readiness (impact analysis, regression testing coordination, release communications, go/no-go support). * Support SIT/UAT execution (defect intake, triage, retest coordination, readiness tracking). * Provide on-call and after-hours support for integration-related issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution of critical incidents and maintaining system availability outside regular business hours. * Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IS teams; translate functional issues into clear technical problem statements and vice versa. * Partner with integration owners to determine whether issues originate in application configuration, integration logic, or upstream data quality. * Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment. * Demonstrate respectful, professional and appropriate behavior that supports a team-oriented work environment. * Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, core values and goals of HealthPoint and its healthcare delivery including the ability to integrate values of justice, respect, compassion, excellence and stewardship into appropriate programs and services. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities as required.
Must have's you'll need to be successful:
* High School Diploma/GED, and three (3) to five (5) years experience supporting enterprise business applications (ERP/financial systems/supply chain/HCM/ITSM systems) OR supporting complex SaaS platforms with strong business-process involvement required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with access provisioning, role-based security concepts, and change control in regulated environments preferred. Healthcare, grant accounting, procurement, or month-end close process familiarity preferred. * Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications certification aligned to Financials and SCM modules preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms preferred. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write reports, complex papers, speeches, and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, clients, external groups, and/or board of directors. * Knowledge of computer equipment and basic level of Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement/SCM, EPM) or a comparable ERP platform preferred. Experience with UKG HCM system preferred. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM system preferred.

All new employees are also required to show proof of immunizations and/or immunity to MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella, annual Influenza and TB QuantiFERON Gold Titer. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immune titer results prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.

Each page of your records should include your first and last name, date of birth, and the name of the health system from which the records are pulled. * If records do not show any data, please seek guidance from your provider for further assistance. * If you are unable to provide proof as noted above, you can choose to have a lab titer drawn to check immunity or to be re-vaccinated. If you receive vaccination(s) or lab titers, you may obtain them through HealthPoint at no cost to you.
