Werk jij graag aan meet- en regeltechniek binnen complexe procesinstallaties?
Als E&I Technician bij Techsharks zorg jij dat elektrische en instrumentatie-installaties betrouwbaar en veilig blijven draaien. Je werkt aan sensoren, transmitters, regelkleppen en besturingen die processen continu bewaken en bijsturen. Denk aan installaties waarin druk, temperatuur, flow en niveau tot op detailniveau gemeten en geregeld worden.
Of het nu gaat om een storing in een meetsignaal, het kalibreren van instrumentatie of het aanpassen van een besturing: jij zorgt dat het proces stabiel blijft en productie geen onnodige stilstand kent.
Hier ga jij harder van zwemmenWat ga je doen?
Als E&I Technician bij Techsharks werk je aan elektrische installaties en meet- en regelsystemen in de procesindustrie. Jij zorgt dat processen stabiel, veilig en nauwkeurig blijven functioneren.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Onderhouden, controleren en kalibreren van meet- en regelsystemen, sensoren en instrumentatie;
- Controleren en testen van 4-20 mA signalen, regelkleppen en transmitters;
- Storingen analyseren en oplossen in elektrische installaties en meetsystemen;
- Aanpassen van bekabeling, schakelkasten en componenten bij proceswijzigingen;
- Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens schema’s en procedures;
- Meedenken en samenwerken met operators, engineers en onderhoudsteams om processen te optimaliseren;
- Werken volgens geldende veiligheidsregels, inclusief ATEX waar van toepassing.
Wie ben jij?
Als E&I Technician ben je een vakspecialist in elektrotechniek én instrumentatie. Je houdt processen stabiel, veilig en nauwkeurig. Je hebt ervaring met kalibratie, meetsignalen en procesbesturingen, en weet storingen snel op te lossen.
Jij beschikt over:
- MBO-3 of MBO-4 diploma in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Instrumentatietechniek;
- Minimaal 2–3 jaar ervaring als E&I Technician, Elektromonteur met M&R-ervaring of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring met het lezen van elektrotechnische schema’s en P&ID’s;
- Kennis van meet- en regelsystemen: druk, flow, niveau, temperatuur;
- Bekend met 4-20 mA signalen, transmitters, regelkleppen en veldbekabeling;
- Ervaring met PLC/DCS-systemen en/of procesautomatisering;
- VOP of VP (NEN 3140) en VCA (of bereid dit via ons te behalen);
- Rijbewijs B en bereid om gemiddeld 45 minuten te reizen;
- Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit, werken volgens ATEX/industriële voorschriften.
