Als Talent Sourcer bedenk je samen met hiring managers wie jullie zoeken en hoe je diegene gaat vinden. Met slimme zoektechnieken vind je binnen netwerken en platforms de perfecte kandidaat. Je schakelt snel en zorgt dat vacatures gevuld worden met de juiste mensen.
Wat doe je als Talent Sourcer bij Coolblue?Als Talent Sourcer bedenk je samen met hiring managers wie jullie zoeken en hoe je diegene gaat vinden. Vervolgens zoek je op LinkedIn, in Slack-groepen en in niche-communities naar de beste kandidaten. Tijdens intakegesprekken stel je scherpe vragen en voel je feilloos aan of iemand bij Coolblue past. Je coördineert het hele sollicitatieproces, houdt contact met kandidaten en zorgt dat iedereen zich gezien voelt. Naast het vinden en werven van nieuwe collega’s houd je je ook bezig met procesverbetering. Zo maak je onze werving elke dag een beetje beter.
- Bedenken wat voor kandidaten het beste bij een functie passen.
- Op LinkedIn, niche platforms en in Slack-groepen de juiste mensen vinden.
- Met kandidaten in gesprek gaan over een functie bij Coolblue.
- Intakegesprekken voeren en hiring managers adviseren over de juiste match.
- Recruitment ondersteunen met vacatures die moeilijk in te vullen zijn.
- Het sollicitatieproces beheren en verbeteren.
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur met rollen die moeilijk in te vullen zijn.
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Je leert snel om te gaan met nieuwe tools en technieken.
- Je bedenkt slimme technieken om de juiste kandidaten op te sporen.
- Je weet mensen makkelijk te overtuigen en enthousiast te maken.
- Je bent georganiseerd en kan veel lopende projecten tegelijk beheren.
- Je herkent snel of iemand bij onze cultuur past.
