Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free

Special Requests: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift Start Time 7:30pm (7on/7off)

7on/7off goes from Thursday through Wednesday; Thursday (7:30pm-7:30am), Friday (7:30pm-7:30am), Saturday (7:30pm-7:30am), Sunday (9:00pm-7:30am) Monday (9:00pm-7:30am), Tuesday (9:00pm-7:30am), Wednesday (9:00pm-7:30am)

Weekend rotation: Every other weekend as part of 7on/7off]

Holiday Expectations: Dependent on rotation

Holiday Expectations: This does not mean they will automatically be scheduled for those dates, but we will not contractually guarantee to being off prior to arrival.

Schedule cycle: 7on/7off Thursday- Wednesday

10 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 05/31/2026, 07/03/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/25/2026, 11/26/2026, 11/27/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/26/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 02/09/2027, 02/21/2027, 03/26/2027, 03/26/2027, 03/27/2027, 03/28/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
