We are currently looking for an Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diagnosing and solving complex vehicle concerns, takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and values being part of a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer competitive compensation ranging from *$28–$43/hour plus proficiency bonuses*, depending on experience, certification level, and skillset.

*Key Responsibilities: *
* Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles
* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic concerns accurately and efficiently
* Complete repair orders thoroughly while maintaining productivity standards
* Use modern diagnostic tools and technology to identify vehicle issues
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure excellent customer service
* Follow manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures
* Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every repair
*Qualifications and Requirements: *
* Level 3, Level 4, or Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
* Strong diagnostic and repair experience across a variety of vehicle systems
* Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and technology
* Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
