Wir suchen eine vorausdenkende Persönlichkeit als Reward & People Analytics Partner (m/w/d), die unser Group Rewards & Analytics Team in Flensburg verstärkt.
In dieser Rolle berichtest du an den Director of Global Reward & Analytics und gestaltest globale Vergütungsstrategien sowie datenbasierte Einblicke, die bessere Personalentscheidungen ermöglichen und das langfristige Wachstum der DLG Group unterstützen.
Die Position bietet dir viel Gestaltungsspielraum: Deine konkreten Verantwortlichkeiten richten sich nach deiner Erfahrung und dem, was du einbringst. Unsere globale Reward‑ & Analytics‑Agenda ist umfangreich — es gibt reichlich Raum, um deinen eigenen Fußabdruck zu hinterlassen.
Du fokussierst dich hauptsächlich auf Compensation & Benefits — insbesondere Jobstruktur, Bonus und Benefits — und trägst gleichzeitig zur Weiterentwicklung unserer People‑Analytics‑Agenda bei.
Rewards
• Du entwickelst wettbewerbsfähige Vergütungsprogramme (Jobstruktur, Bonusmodelle, Benefits).
• Du gestaltest Total‑Rewards‑Strategien weiter, abgestimmt auf Geschäfts‑ und Talentbedürfnisse.

People Analytics

• Du arbeitest bereichsübergreifend an Datenqualität, Systemintegration und Reporting.
• Ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen, HR oder Analytics.
• Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Erfahrung im HR‑Controlling, Total Rewards oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
• Erfahrung oder Interesse in People Analytics, Talent‑ oder Performance‑Management.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint; Erfahrung mit HRIS‑ oder BI‑Tools ist ein Plus.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Projektmanagementkompetenzen.
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
