Als Assistent Controller ben jij de rechterhand van de Finance Manager en zorg je ervoor dat financiële rapportages tijdig en accuraat worden aangeleverd. Je combineert precisie met goede communicatieve vaardigheden en draagt zo bij aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen en het inzichtelijk maken van de bedrijfsresultaten.
Jouw rol
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en controleren van facturen en beheert zowel de crediteuren- als debiteurenadministratie. Daarnaast verwerk je bankmutaties en kasadministratie en verzorg je de btw- en ICP/ICL-aangiften. Je ondersteunt bij de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting en houdt specifieke deeladministraties of projecten onder jouw hoede. Je stelt financiële analyses op, waaronder marges, investeringen en machine-uurtarieven, en voorziet verschillende afdelingen van de benodigde financiële rapportages en inzichten. Ook draag je bij aan het verbeteren van processen en interne controles en onderhoud je contact met de externe accountant tijdens audits. Verder ondersteun je bij ad-hoc financiële vraagstukken en assisteer je bij salaris- en personeelsadministratie.
Wie we zoeken
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar
- 3–5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële functie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
- Kennis van boekhoudprincipes, btw, ICP/ICL-aangiften en financiële processen
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en financiële software, bij voorkeur ISAH en ISAH Finance
- Goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch en cijfermatig sterk met een gestructureerde aanpak
- Communicatief vaardig met goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Proactief, zelfstandig en leergierig
- Kritisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
- Betrouwbaar, integer en stressbestendig
