Managed Services & Support Senior System EngineerWir verstehen uns als 'Full-Service-IT Dienstleister“ und bieten unseren Kunden in diesem Rahmen diverse Managed Services an. Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Kunden durch maßgeschneiderte IT-Services einen echten Mehrwert zu bieten.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:- Die Betreuung und Administration der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Umsetzen von Service-Anforderungen
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten und Updates
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei IT-Fragen und -Problemen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und KnowledgeBase-Artikeln
- Bearbeitung von Service Requests und Incidents in unserem Ticketsystem
- Technische Vertriebsunterstützung
- Durchführung von Wissenstransfer und InHouse-Schulungen für unser Team

- Einschlägiges Wissen in den gängigen Microsoft Betriebssystemen (Windows Server 20xx, Windows 1x).
- Einschlägiges Wissen in den gängigen Microsoft Serverrollen und -diensten (Active Directory, DNS, File Services, Remote Desktop Services, Exchange).
- Wünschenswert ist das Wissen in den gängigen Microsoft Cloud-Diensten (Azure, Microsoft365)
- Fundierte Fähigkeiten im Scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, o.ä.) sowie der Automatisierung von manuellen Tätigkeiten.
- Fundierte Fähigkeiten in der Administration der gängigen Virtualisierungs-Technologien führender Hersteller
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete selbstständig einzuarbeiten und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
