Le titulaire joue un rôle névralgique dans notre chaîne de valeur, assurant la fluidité des mouvements de marchandises (réception et expédition) et la conformité documentaire. Il ou elle agit comme point de contact principal avec les transporteurs, les courtiers en douane, ainsi qu’avec les clients pour toute question relative au service après-vente . Ce rôle clé requiert une expertise en logistique, une grande autonomie et un souci du détail marqué.
Gestion du Service Après-Vente (RMA)
- Interface Client : Assurer la communication directe avec les clients pour répondre à leurs demandes de support et de retour.
- Administration des dossiers : Procéder à la création et à l’attribution des numéros de RMA dans notre système.
- Coordination Technique : Collaborer avec l'équipe de techniciens pour bien saisir la nature des réparations effectuées afin de fournir des explications claires et précises aux clients.
- Pilotage de la performance : Gérer les priorités de réparation en utilisant notre outil de gestion maison pour garantir le respect des délais promis aux clients.
Logistique, Douanes et Transport
- Planification des transports : Coordonner et négocier les ramassages (pickups) et livraisons avec les transporteurs en optimisant les coûts et les délais.
- Gestion douanière : Préparer avec rigueur les documents d'expédition domestiques et internationaux (Factures commerciales, BOL, certificats d'origine, B13) et collaborer étroitement avec les courtiers en douane.
- Réception/Expédition : Gérer les flux entrants et sortants (incluant la réception des retours SAV), inspecter la marchandise et assurer la saisie des données dans le système ERP.
- Emballage : Planifier les matériaux d'emballage et préparer les commandes de manière sécuritaire pour le transport.
Exigences et Compétences :
- Expérience : 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en logistique, expédition ou en coordination de service après-vente (SAV).
- Connaissances techniques : Familiarité avec les documents de douane, les Incoterms et les processus de retour de marchandise.
- Informatique : Maîtrise de la suite MS Office et expérience avec un système ERP. Une facilité à naviguer dans des outils de gestion internes personnalisés est requise.
- Langues : Bilinguisme essentiel (Français et Anglais, oral et écrit) pour interagir avec une clientèle et des transporteurs internationaux.
- Savoir-être : Fortes aptitudes communicationnelles, débrouillardise, sens de l'organisation aiguisé et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
