You will contribute to: Conducting statistical studies to improve our understanding of risk and our portfolio (clients, contributors, guarantees, behavior…) in life and non-life. Using data science to address business issues. For example, developing predictive models (Machine Learning) to implement a client/contributor scoring in the context of strategic studies. Presenting your studies to different stakeholders (data visualization, presentation creation, explanation of results, etc.) Promoting data and supporting teams in their transformation and projects Participating in cross-functional data projects with other departments/teams Implementing diagnostics on our clients, products, and contributors
Development of tools/dashboards Analysis, monitoring, and consistency control
Conducting a mission of vigilance on data innovations (techniques, external data, etc.) Developing automation solutions via AI Your Work Environment:
You will join the Data Management Team S2 within the Actuarial, Solvency, and Models Directorate, composed of 5 colleagues. The team's role is to control and analyze the data used in our actuarial models in life and non-life. You will work closely with the life and non-life actuarial teams, data factory and IT teams, models and capital & values teams. You will also work on strategic high-value projects to help decision-making on products, clients, or contributors, where decisions can be made at the General Management level. Are you the person who will meet this challenge? Actuarial or equivalent Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) Proficiency in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Python, PowerPoint Interest in AI Expertise in statistical methods (Machine Learning, data analysis, etc.) Knowledge of life and/or non-life insurance products Rigor, curiosity, adaptability, and autonomy Critical thinking and strong propositional skills Interpersonal skills in a cross-functional role combining different expertise Team spirit What We Offer:
