Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional Lead Management and Scheduling
you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers
You'll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations. Create Life-Long Customers

Job Requirements Background in construction, home improvements, restoration or building maintenance required Have the ability to understand and estimate job pricing for construction and maintenance projects Be highly organized and detail oriented Possess excellent customer communication and independent work skills Have computer experience Live within the area Complete a background check Professional communication and phone skills Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $22.00 to 27.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience.
