Sie werden
Erbschaften und Nachlässe umfassend bearbeiten – von der Prüfung der Legitimationsdokumente bis zur Visierung von Zahlungen und Kontosaldierungen
Beistandschaften bearbeiten
Anfragen der Betreibungs- und Konkursämter bearbeiten
Bestätigungen erstellen, komplexe Recherchen durchführen und Editionsverfügungen abwickeln
Aufgaben im Bereich Kunde übernehmen (z. B. Mahnwesen, banklagernde Korrespondenz, nachrichtenlose Vermögen)
als kompetente Ansprechperson unsere Front-Mitarbeitenden unterstützen und den telefonischen sowie schriftlichen Kontakt mit Erben pflegen
Sie bringen
eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (vorzugsweise im Bank- oder Notariatsumfeld)
