Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand, digital, or social marketing, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in brand, digital, or social marketing. Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media. Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence working teams and key partners. Prior work experience in the client's industry is highly preferred. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams. Fluency in reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans. Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies. Software/Technical Requirements
High fluency in Keynote. Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table. Familiarity with Figma. Proficiency with Outlook and Slack for day-to-day communication. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee and manage digital marketing programs and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI. Company Benefits & Culture
