- Risikobeurteilung und -zeichnung nach internen Richtlinien sowie eigenverantwortliche Entscheidung bei komplexen Vorgängen
- Eigenständiges Verhandeln und Platzieren von Deckungen und Deckungskonzepten bei Versicherern
- Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Quotierungsanfragen sowie Prüfung und Begleitung von Sanierungen
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung internationaler Versicherungsprogramme
- Portfolioüberwachung und -steuerung des zugewiesenen Bestandes
- Betreuung von Kunden, Maklern und Versicherern auf Augenhöhe, inkl. Jahresgespräche
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Wissensvermittlung innerhalb des Underwriting-Team
- Wahrnehmung externer Geschäftstermine und Teilnahme an Projekten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Versicherung, Spedition, Bank, Industrie, Großhandel) oder Studium in BWL, Jura oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transport-/Verkehrshaftungsversicherung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Speditions- und Transportrecht
- Eigenständige Betreuung von Vertriebspartnern und Maklern
- Selbstständige Handhabung von Transportversicherungen inkl. komplexer Deckungskonzepte
- Kompetenz in der Analyse und Bewertung von Deckungskonzepten (Expertenniveau)
- Portfolio-Management eines zugewiesenen Bestandes
