Auto-Chlor is hiring for a Route Sales Representative to come be a part of our fast-paced and even faster growing company that's been a national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 85 years!
We offer:
Extensive paid training for our Route Sales Representatives who deliver valuable service to customers every day.

Competitive pay starting at $25/hr plus commission, with average salary of $72k-$78k in your first year.
Company vehicle and mobile phone.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, company profit sharing, 2 weeks PTO, over 50 hours of sick leave, and 7 paid holidays.
What you'll get to do:
Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers (every 5-6 weeks).
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
Have a mechanical inclination.
Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
