Préposé(e) à l'expédition
Sommaire du poste
Sous la supervision du Chef de groupe, vous aurez à préparer les commandes afin de les acheminer chez les clients par les transporteurs. Plus précisément, vos tâches consisteront à :
Aller chercher les appareils et les accessoires requis pour chaque commande, y compris la manipulation sécuritaire et la manutention du matériel ;
Emballer les produits de façon adéquate selon les instructions de travail en vigueur, en veillant à la protection des équipements pendant le transport ;
Étiqueter correctement les colis pour assurer une identification claire et conforme aux exigences des transporteurs ;
Effectuer la saisie des données dans le système informatique (SAP ou autre), incluant la confirmation de l'expédition, l'impression des bons de livraison et le suivi des envois ;
Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de respecter les délais d'expédition et assurer l'exactitude des commandes;
Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe
À noter qu'il s'agit d'un travail dans une position debout demandant des efforts physiques dans un environnement propre et tempéré.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Compétences techniques
Connaissance de l'informatique;
Connaissance de SAP (un atout) ;

Capacité à prioriser et à travailler sous pression.
Exigences
Expérience pertinente : 6 mois
Exigence linguistique : Français (parlé et écrit)
Formation : Secondaire 5
