We are seeking an innovative and experienced Technology Support Manager to oversee our firm’s Help Desk operations, ensuring seamless support for attorneys and staff. What You’ll Bring: Proven leadership skills with success in developing high-performing support teams Expertise in ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow, with a solid understanding of SLA-driven service delivery Excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring technical staff and engaging effectively with users Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience with law firm or professional services technology such as Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI, iManage, Litera, Mimecast, and VPNs Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, MFA (DUO), and endpoint management tools like Intune Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics and reporting to inform decision-making Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5–7 years in IT support/help desk roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment Additional qualifications include: Ability to manage inventory and office-specific IT needs Familiarity with security best practices and confidentiality standards Willingness to work in-office as per firm policies, with occasional travel between office locations This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape the firm’s support strategies, and enhance user experience through strategic process improvements.
