What You’ll Do
Learn our sales strategies, communication techniques, and business operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Participate in daily training sessions focused on professional development and leadership growth
Serve as a liaison between clients and our sales team
Track customer interactions, sales activity, and retention through Salesforce
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Work alongside team members to achieve individual and company goals
Receive personalized coaching and goal-setting support from leadership
