Surgical Technologist This position operates Monday through Friday with staggered start times between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Shared call is required every 4th weekend. The Surgical Technologist will operate within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the surgeon, providing essential support during surgical procedures.
Assist the surgical team in preparing for an operation by setting up surgical instruments and equipment. Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all surgical instruments are ready for use. Assist with positioning the patient and draping surgical sites. Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical assistants during procedures. Monitor the patient's condition during surgery.
Surgical Technologist diploma required. Certification preferred. Current CPR certification required.
