Registered Nurse We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Piketon Nursing Center, where we treat our residents like family. As a Registered Nurse at our nursing center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams Conduct assessments and screenings to identify potential health issues and develop interventions to address them Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care and facility operations
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio 0 years of experience or recent graduate of an accredited nursing program Ability to work part time or full time schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
