We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced Asset Management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide white-glove support to business users. This role primarily focuses on desktop/laptop support, workstation setup, hardware troubleshooting, and end-user support. Required Skills: 2–4+ years of Desktop Support experience Strong Windows desktop and endpoint support Experience with hardware troubleshooting, laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals Multi-monitor and workstation setup experience Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment Preferred Skills: Experience supporting financial services or asset management users Exposure to Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, or similar market data platforms Knowledge of OMS/EMS or Aladdin Experience providing VIP/White-Glove support Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices and peripherals Support multi-monitor workstation setups Resolve hardware, software, networking, VPN, and access-related issues Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or Jira Support user onboarding and equipment deployment Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve complex issues Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA commitments Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base Additional Information: Onsite – Atlanta, GA Vaccination Required No C2C/Subcontracting Background Check Required Multiple Openings
