Sales Agent

At Tax Resolution Plus Inc. We help individuals & Business owners navigate complex IRS and state tax liabilities. We are experiencing massive growth and are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and relentless Sales Agent to join our inbound/outbound sales team. If you are motivated to generate revenue this position is for you!

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Must be able to listen and communicate with what services would best suit client needs.
• Handling high volume calls inbound/outbound
• Following up with warm prospects
• Maintaining accurate records
• Exceed monthly revenue and targets

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience. No tax experience required, Training is provided as long as you have a drive to learn
• Excellent communication, active listening
• Resilience and a positive attitude; you view "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."
