What We're Looking For:
- College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in early childhood education (lead, admin support, or leadership preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with staff and families.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and maintain child care licensing/compliance requirements.
What You'll Do (Your Impact):
- Supporting center operations: staffing, scheduling, enrollment support, and family communication.
- Partnering with parents to strengthen trust and ensure great outcomes for children.
- Coaching and supporting teachers with Creative Curriculum guidelines and monthly themes.
- Being present in classrooms to support learning, guidance, and development.
- Helping with staff training, feedback, and performance support.
- Assisting with compliance, documentation, and readiness for licensing visits.
- Contributing to a collaborative, uplifting team culture where people feel supported and proud.
