We're currently hiring experienced caregivers throughout Berks County who are dependable, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

What This Role Looks LikeThis is not just another "sit with clients" position.
Our Senior Caregivers play an important leadership role by supporting clients while also helping mentor and guide newer caregivers in the field.
You'll provide hands-on care, companionship, encouragement, and reassurance while helping us maintain the high level of care our family's trust.
Responsibilities Include:- Building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
- Helping clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, walking, meals, and companionship
- Supporting seniors during recovery or with age-related challenges
- Assisting with care plan implementation and communication
- Mentoring and training caregivers through shadowing support
- Helping ensure clients receive consistent, compassionate care
- All shifts available
- Weekend availability is a plus (but not required)
- Starting pay: $17-$19/hour
- Bi-weekly direct deposit

This Position May Be Perfect For You If You:- Have caregiving or CNA experience
- Are pursuing a nursing degree and want hands-on experience
- Want additional hours with a reliable schedule
- Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
