Project Manager

An excellent opportunity for Project Manager/Program Manager to work with "Fortune 100" clients in Chandler, AZ.

Position Summary:

An integrator across business, technology, regulatory, and transaction constraints. They will be a member of the team that will manage all technology aspects of a merger, acquisition, or divestiture project. The role will be leading large technology separation or integration efforts resulting from a divestiture, merger or acquisition.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience managing mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• 10+ years leading large application development efforts
• 10+ years leading large enterprise infrastructure efforts
• Strong Risk and Issue Management
• Proven experience managing complex end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, or divestiture initiatives
• Ability to translate diligence findings into integration plans, risk mitigation strategies, and cost and timeline impacts
• 10+ years leading large infrastructure or application development efforts operating across Technology, business, and enterprise partners
• 10+ years leading large cross-functional technology integration/separation workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear leadership-ready reports and communications and the ability to convert technical complexity into business impacts
• Identifying and managing key cross-functional dependencies
• Experience in highly regulated environments
• 5+ years of managing projects in an Agile environment
• Proficient Risk and Issue Identification and Management
• Proficient with project management tools, SharePoint, and M365
• Proven success delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in a scaled Agile environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in banking or with regulatory exposure
• Experience managing projects at a large financial institution
• Demonstrated experience with Jira
