Dietary Assistant - PRN

Performs routine duties related to preparation and serving of food. Perform duties in accordance with established procedures and policies of the Food and Nutritional Services department.

Prepare and portion tea and beverages for patient tray line.

Transports patient meals at hospital and outside facilities.

Assists in stocking inventory.

Assists in light cooking, salad, desserts, sandwiches and other food product preparation.

Serves on tray line in assigned position. Performs other tasks as directed or required to facilitate the flow of the tray line.

High School or better.

Prefer 1-year experience in food service operation
