Position Summary The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation, deep expertise in modern automation frameworks, and strong proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based testing environments. This role demands technical leadership, a strong engineering mindset, and a passion for delivering high‑quality, stable, and well‑tested software.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality engineering.
Strong proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber.
Hands‑on experience with programming languages including Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or GitHub Actions.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑based testing.
Experience in mobile application testing and automation.
Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
