DTB's 32-acre engineering and technical campus is home to an accredited testing laboratory with diverse testing capabilities, such as Environmental, Dynamic, Electrical, Structural, etc., as well as manufacturing and research facilities. These resources are well‑staffed by subject matter experts, engineers, technicians, and seasoned project managers to blend the talent best suited to answer client requirements. What You'll Need for Success in Business Development, Test and Engineering Services:
Work closely with our technical teams to develop new go‑to‑market sales strategies for new customers.
Plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
Work closely and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies and plans.
Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Working with our Marketing Manager, you'll develop marketing strategies for continued growth
Successful candidate must be able to:
Target driven and experience in networking with and influencing decision makers.
Identify the target audience and the associated programs.
Assimilate technical data leveraging their background and experience to help the internal team navigate the program and associated quotes.
Communicate value propositions internally and externally Introduce DTB to their existing potential new clients
Communication and present skillfully using a variety of web and in‑person tools
Work closely with engineering and support teams to win programs
8+ years' experience working within testing, aerospace, high end manufacturing, or comparable environment.
5+ years of direct sales experience
Command a solid understanding of relevant technology and trends in commercial and DoD arenas
Creatively explain and present complex concepts
Possess a self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Work independently as well as within a team.
Hold a BSME or BSEE – preferred.
Have US Citizenship – REQUIRE
