International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Laboratory Site Supervisor in Bluffton, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the Laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and collaborating closely with the Laboratory Director and Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent), strong analytical and leadership skills, and be prepared to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. This role includes quality assurance and process improvement responsibilities.
