- Finland We are currently recruiting a CSA Supervisor to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout construction activities.
Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives throughout project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
Support project handover activities and close-out of outstanding works.
Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline, or a relevant trade qualification.
3+ years' experience in a CSA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Site Engineer role.
Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of CSA construction activities, quality control, and site coordination.
Excellent communication and organisational skills. xyswxtq
