Commercial Litigation Paralegal .
If you're looking for the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes business litigation rather than being just another billable number, this may be the role you've been waiting for.
What You'll Do
Support complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition materials Manage federal and state court filings, including PACER and e-filing Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and trial preparation Create case chronologies, exhibit binders, witness files, and trial notebooks Assist with large-scale discovery projects and document management What We're Looking For
5+ years of recent commercial litigation experience working in a US law firm as a billing paralegal Trial preparation experience required Strong federal and state court filing expertise Excellent organization, deadline management, and client service skills Experience with eDiscovery platforms is a plus Highlights

Benefits:
