ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Evolution Endodontics + Periodontics, a well-established dual specialty practice in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado, is seeking a motivated *Associate Endodontist* to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice with a strong, established referral network, exceptional patient demand, and a collaborative specialist environment where you can focus on what you do best — delivering outstanding endodontic care.
We are a dual endodontic and periodontal specialty practice committed to clinical excellence and exceptional patient outcomes. Our team operates at the highest level, supported by advanced technology and microscopically trained assistants who are dedicated to precision and efficiency at every step.

* Carestream CBCT
* Nomad & Kodak Sensors
* Zeiss Dental Microscopy
* Microscopically Trained Assistants
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
* Well-established and expanding referral base
* Immediate patient volume — no ramp-up uncertainty
* 3–4 days per week schedule
* Target start date: July 2026
* 40-45% collection-based compensation (based on experience)
* Collaborative endodontic–periodontal specialist model
* Strong clinical and administrative support team
* Opportunity for long-term growth
* Willingness to participate in marketing, referral outreach, and continuing education lecturing is highly valued
COMPENSATION
* 40–45% of collection based on experience
QUALIFICATIONS
* DDS or DMD with completed Endodontics residency
* Active or eligible Colorado dental license
* Board certified or board eligible
* Strong clinical skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-first mentality and professional integrity
* Willingness to engage in marketing efforts and referral relationship building
* Openness to lecturing and continuing education outreach
