LINKEDSKILLS EXCLUSIVE Quantity Surveyor (MidSenior Level) Dublin | Permanent | Full-Time Salary: €75,000 - €105,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Pension Linkedskills is partnering with a growing civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure and utility projects across Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team supporting major infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of utility and infrastructure projects. Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting. Valuations and payment applications. Contract administration. Procurement and subcontractor management. Variation and claims management. Monthly commercial reporting and forecasting. Cost control and risk management. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying. 4+ years' experience within civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or construction. Strong contractual knowledge. Excellent commercial awareness. Strong reporting and negotiation skills. Must reside within commuting distance of Dublin.
