Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Customer Experience Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, enable AI-driven analytics, and create insightful dashboards to enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support various use cases Create interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and track key performance indicators Enable AI/ML-powered analytics by building feature pipelines and integrating AI tools into operational workflows
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 6+ years of experience in data engineering, including building production-grade data pipelines and ETL processes Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data warehousing platforms Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow Hands-on experience with AI/ML enablement and data quality frameworks
