Salary Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the EVP and VP of Sales and the regional sales team Assist with preparation of presentations, customer documentation, spreadsheets, and reports Coordinate sample and swatch mailings to customers and sales representatives Maintain organized files, project documentation, and internal records Help coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and showroom appointments as needed Assist with showroom setup, container and sales invoicing, customer visits, and market preparation Provide support during the office and showroom relocation project Partner with the Showroom Manager to ensure smooth operations during market events Assist the Product Development team with administrative and project coordination tasks Support Customer Service with parts inventory management, part order follow-up, and issue resolution Collaborate across departments to help prioritize and execute operational needs Requirements BA degree is required 2+ years of sales support experience Experience with administrative support, customer service, and operations Tech-savvy with experience in ERP systems and MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft AX is preferred Furniture industry experience is required; candidates without it may be considered Experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations is preferred Benefits 401(k) with a 3% company contribution regardless of employee participation Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with 80% paid for employees PTO combines vacation and paid sick leave, starting at 3 weeks for the first year 8-9 paid holidays Life and long-term disability insurance If you are a Sales Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career, apply now!
