LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric residents, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and ADL support. You’ll document in the EMR, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team to deliver holistic, faith-informed care.
