A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer with residential development experience to take ownership of planning and infrastructure design projects, working alongside architects, planners and multidisciplinary design teams on high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland. The successful Civil Engineer will play a key role in delivering civil engineering solutions from concept and planning through to detailed design, with a strong focus on roads, drainage, SuDS and site development. Projects: Residential housing developments (€10m - €80m+) Apartment schemes (€15m - €100m+) Mixed-use developments (€20m - €150m+) Urban regeneration projects (€10m€75m+) Roads and infrastructure schemes (€5m€50m+) Planning and detailed design projects (in excess of €100m) Role: Designing roads, drainage and infrastructure for residential developments Preparing surface water drainage strategies including SuDS and attenuation proposals Designing foul drainage networks and utility infrastructure Developing site levels, earthworks and finished floor level strategies Road design in accordance with DMURS and relevant Irish design standards Coordinating with architects, planners, structural engineers and utility providers Liaising with Local Authorities, Uisce ireann and other statutory bodies Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 3+ years' experience within a civil engineering consultancy Experience delivering residential development projects in Ireland Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, SuDS and site development Working knowledge of DMURS and Irish design standards Experience using Civil 3D and AutoCAD Full working rights in Ireland no sponsorship offered with this position Salary & Benefits: €50,000 €60,000 DOE + benefits Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Strong CPD and professional development support Opportunity to work on large-scale residential and mixed-use developments If you're a Civil Engineer looking to work on high-profile residential developments within a well-established engineering consultancy, please reach out to Jade Murray at J.murr for a confidential discussion.
