This role will suit a trade-qualified mechanical technician with strong experience in utilities systems and plant maintenance, ideally within pharma, process, or heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on utility plant and equipment Monitor and operate systems across HVAC, steam, water, gas and associated utilities Troubleshoot equipment faults and perform root cause analysis Respond to alarms and escalate issues in line with site procedures Maintain high levels of plant uptime and reliability Complete all tasks through the CMMS system Conduct routine inspections, readings and field rounds Work closely with internal teams and external vendors Adhere to GMP, safety and permit-to-work systems Requirements Trade qualification in Mechanical (or Electrical/Instrumentation) Strong experience in industrial utilities / plant maintenance Knowledge of systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, pumps, steam and gases Experience in regulated environments (pharma / food / manufacturing desirable) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a shift team What's on Offer xyswxtq Competitive salary + shift allowance Defined shift pattern with structured time off Opportunity to work on a highly automated, critical site Strong career progression and training opportunities Apply For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply with your CV Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG
