Production Supervisor Assistant - Dublin Salary: From €15.50 p/hr Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 4:00 AM Start An exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial bakery supplying major retailers and food service customers across Ireland, the UK, and international markets. We're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor Assistant to support our Production Supervisor in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. The role: Support the setup and operation of production lines. Assist with production planning to meet daily targets. Carry out quality checks and complete production records. Monitor machinery and report maintenance issues. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are maintained. Help coordinate production staff and support problem-solving on the factory floor. Drive efficiency while minimising waste. About you: Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, or a production environment. Good organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of production machinery. Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory or team leader experience and HACCP knowledge are desirable.
