The role will report to the HR Manager with a dotted line to CPO.
The ideal candidate will be a generalist at heart with a background in HR systems, analysing data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Employee Relations Manager and Chief People Officer in strengthening the general HR function in line with positive culture and core values Own continuous improvement of HR technologies, processes, and data workflows Lead and support HRIS projects, produce and analysing reports, metrics and dashboards to support decision making Participate in end-to-end recruitment & selection campaigns Key Skills: Minimum 3 years in a HR focused role within a relevant sector/environment xyswxtq (public sector/semi state/professional services) Certificate in HR or equivalent is an advantage Demonstrated ability of working within a HR team to support core activities (recruitment, policy, performance, L&D) Generalist at heart with a focus on systems, data and reporting technique
